In-Person
For clients who prefer a hands-on approach, we offer the option to drop off documents in person at our office.
Our front doors are secured, please call us at 613-369-5064 ext 0 to obtain the buzzer code for entry. Once inside the building, you'll find us on the second floor.
In consideration of health and safety, we've installed a convenient drop box just outside reception where documents can be securely left. This box is regularly checked throughout the day. If you'd rather personally hand off your documents, feel free to ring the clearly marked bell at reception, and a member of our administrative team will be delighted to assist you.

Mail or Courier
For clients who find it more convenient, we welcome documents sent via mail or courier services.
Please arrange the postage at your convenience and address your package to our office.

Payments to VaAPC
Making Payments for Services
To settle you VaAPC bill, you have several convenient payment options:

Interact E-Transfers can be sent to payments@vaiveandassociates.ca. We are registered for auto-deposit, so no password is required. Please include your invoice number, located in the upper right-hand corner of your invoice, as a comment on the transfer. If your invoice exceeds your daily sending limit, you can submit payments in manageable instalments.

Call our office at 613-369-5064 ext. 0 to process payments using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Our dedicated staff will assist you in completing the transaction securely and efficiently.

Payments by cheque can be made either in person or by mail. Please make your cheque payable to Vaive and Associates Professional Corporation.

Making Payments to the CRA
We are no longer able to facilitate immediate processing of client tax payments at a CRA office. To expedite and streamline the payment process, we strongly recommend setting up a payment account with the CRA through their MyAccount system.
